Five programs.
One thread.
Every SSG program addresses the same underlying dynamic — institutional conditioning that produces dysfunction at the organizational level, suppression at the individual level, and navigational blindness in the people caught between systems. Select a program to learn more.
Summit Mentorship Program
Non-clinical mentorship and coaching for veterans, civilians, and military families navigating transition, identity disruption, and the weight of institutional systems.
Not therapy. Not counseling. Not clinical diagnosis. Non-clinical scope with clear referral protocol when needs exceed that boundary.
Three service tiers: Navigate (practical skills), Orient (identity & direction), Integrate (mentorship for moral injury and institutional weight).
Recently separated veterans · Civilians in transition · Military families · Anyone carrying unresolved weight from institutional systems
Transition Immersion Fellowship
A structured period of protected focus for veterans separating from service. A fellowship — a designated time granted because your development is worth investing in.
Not a course. Not a checklist. Not a motivational program. Not an extension of TAP. TIF goes where TAP cannot.
Identity reconstruction, skills translation, professional portfolio, fellowship credential, and alumni network. Three tracks: 4, 8, or 12 weeks based on where you actually are.
Separating and recently separated veterans · Active duty eligible for TAD · Those whose institutional conditioning is still active after separation
Family & Military Navigation Service
Operated by IP Communication Solutions GK in partnership with SSG · English and Japanese / 英語・日本語対応
Navigation and clarity for three groups: Japanese nationals navigating U.S. military systems, U.S. service members navigating Japanese family law, and service members needing military justice clarity.
Not legal advice. Not legal representation. Not clinical services. Not mediation. A map — delivered by someone who knows the terrain.
Situation map, 3-path decision sheet, do/don’t action list, system orientation, behavioral discipline, and referral to qualified legal counsel when warranted.
Japanese spouses of service members · Service members with rikon todoke or custody risk · Service members under investigation or facing NJP
FMNS is navigation and clarity only — not legal advice. At every point where legal action is relevant, FMNS refers to qualified legal counsel.
ORRA Assessment
A structural diagnostic that maps where organizational dysfunction actually originates — at the leadership layer (Farmer), the environmental layer (Soil), or the individual layer (Seed) — in that sequence, always.
Not a culture survey. Not a 360 review. Not a wellness initiative. Not a performance management tool. Governed by a signed Ethical Use Charter — findings may never be used for adverse employment decisions.
LHI Organizational Health Score, root cause map, gap-correction map, 90-day roadmap, written findings report, and the process itself — transferred permanently to your organization at close.
Organizations that have tried to fix the same problem more than once · Schools, nonprofits, veteran-serving agencies, healthcare orgs · Any leader who suspects the problem is structural
Summit Leadership Institute
Structured leadership development grounded in the same diagnostic framework that powers ORRA. Context-first — every engagement built for the specific people and conditions in front of us.
Not a generic curriculum. Not motivational programming. Not off-the-shelf content applied regardless of context. No certification-for-certification’s-sake.
Workshops, cohort programs, executive coaching, and speaking engagements. Core areas: conditioning & legitimacy, authority-accountability alignment, communication under pressure, team culture architecture.
Leaders who know what to do and consistently don’t do it · Teams with unspoken dysfunction · Organizations post-ORRA who want to develop their leadership layer
