ORRA
Assessment
Organizational Readiness & Resilience Assessment. Root cause diagnostics for organizations that have tried to fix the same problem more than once — and keep getting the same result.
- Root cause structural diagnostic
- Farmer → Soil → Seed sequencing — always
- Findings report + correction plan + 90-day roadmap
- Process that transfers permanently to your organization
- A culture survey or employee engagement tool
- A performance management or HR tool
- A leadership development program
- An ongoing consulting retainer
Seed-Soil-Farmer — examined in sequence. Always.
ORRA is the organizational diagnostic instrument of the CLR Framework (Conditioning-Legitimacy Response) — an emerging integrative practice framework grounded in institutional sociology, moral psychology, and organizational behavior. The Seed-Soil-Farmer sequencing model governs every ORRA engagement. Learn more about the CLR Framework →
Farmer
Leadership and governance. Authority-accountability alignment. Decision rights. Primary driver in most organizational dysfunction.
Soil
Culture, process, structure, and resources. The environment people operate within. Often the visible symptom of a Farmer-layer cause.
Seed
Individual responses, load, and capacity. Almost always a structural response. Intervened only after structural correction is initiated.
Assess
Data collection across all three layers. No judgments stated.
Align
Root cause map and LHI score delivered to leadership in writing.
Apply
Correction plan built with leadership. Named owners. Sequenced by structural priority.
Advance
LHI reassessed. Process transfers permanently to your organization.
- 01LHI Organizational Health Score — composite across five structural dimensions, tracked at baseline and 90-day reassessment
- 02Root Cause Map — where dysfunction originates, not just where it presents
- 03Gap–Correction Map — every identified gap paired with a specific, implementable correction
- 0490-Day Correction Roadmap — named interventions, named owners, sequenced by structural priority
- 05Written Findings Report — structurally framed, no individual names
- 06The Process — Permanently — assessment tools transfer to your organization at close. No ongoing dependency.
Signed before data collection begins. Non-negotiable.
ORRA findings may never be used for performance management, disciplinary action, or adverse employment decisions. All participant responses are anonymous. Organizations unwilling to sign the Charter are not ORRA-eligible.
