Transition Immersion
Fellowship
A structured period of protected focus for veterans separating from service. Not a course. Not a checklist. A fellowship — a designated time granted to someone because their development is worth investing in.
- A structured period of honest self-assessment
- Skills translation and professional asset production
- Identity rebuilding calibrated to where you actually are
- A complement to TAP that goes where TAP cannot
- Clinical diagnosis or treatment
- Motivational coaching or hype
- A subscription or ongoing sales funnel
- One-size-fits-all curriculum
Where you actually are — not where a checklist assumes you should be.
Integration status is determined through intake — not self-selected. It can shift upward as the program progresses.
Clear post-service identity. Direction established. Needs tools, assets, and network. Enters at Phase II — skills translation and career readiness.
Output: Transition Portfolio + Fellowship Credential
Partial clarity. Identity disrupted but recoverable. Needs structured reflection alongside asset production.
Output: Identity Statement + Transition Portfolio
Significant identity disruption. Institutional conditioning still active. Needs the full immersion arc before transition assets will hold.
Output: Full Portfolio + Legacy Playbook
