Root cause diagnostics
and leadership development.

For organizations that are ready to see clearly — and act on what they find. Not a culture survey. Not a motivational program. Structural diagnosis before structural correction.

“Most organizations treat dysfunction as a people problem. They run culture surveys, launch leadership programs, and hire motivational speakers. The dysfunction returns — sometimes wearing different clothes. That’s not a people problem. That’s a diagnosis problem.”

ORRA Assessment

Organizational Readiness & Resilience Assessment

A structural diagnostic that maps where organizational dysfunction originates — at the leadership layer, the environmental layer, or the individual layer — in that sequence, always.

The Diagnostic Framework — Seed-Soil-Farmer
EXAMINED FIRST

Farmer

Leadership and governance. Authority-accountability alignment. Decision rights. Primary driver in most organizational dysfunction.

EXAMINED SECOND

Soil

Culture, process, structure, and resources. The environment people operate within. Often the visible symptom of a Farmer-layer cause.

EXAMINED LAST

Seed

Individual responses, load, and capacity. Almost always a structural response. Individual intervention comes only after structural correction is initiated.

The 4A Engagement Process
WEEKS 1–2

Assess

Data collection across all three layers. Surveys, document review, structured observation. No judgments stated during this phase.

WEEKS 3–4

Align

Root cause map and LHI score delivered to leadership in writing. Leadership sees the structural picture before interventions are discussed.

DAYS 30–60

Apply

Correction plan built with leadership. Named owners. Sequenced interventions. 30/60/90-day roadmap. Farmer corrections before Soil before Seed.

DAY 90

Advance

LHI reassessment. Progress measured. The process and tools transfer permanently to your organization. No ongoing dependency created.

What You Receive
  • 01LHI Organizational Health Score — composite across five structural dimensions, tracked at baseline and 90-day reassessment
  • 02Root Cause Map — where dysfunction originates, not just where it presents
  • 03Gap–Correction Map — every identified gap paired with a specific, implementable correction
  • 0490-Day Correction Roadmap — named interventions, named owners, sequenced by structural priority
  • 05Written Findings Report — structurally framed, no individual names
  • 06The Process — Permanently — assessment tools transfer to your organization at close. No ongoing dependency.
Ethical Use Charter

Signed before data collection begins.

ORRA findings may never be used for performance management, disciplinary action, or adverse employment decisions. Ever.

All participant responses are anonymous. Findings describe organizational conditions — not individual failures.

Organizations unwilling to sign the Charter are not ORRA-eligible. This is intentional.

Summit Leadership Institute

Leadership development grounded in structural reality.

No generic frameworks. No off-the-shelf content. No motivational programming. Every SLI engagement is built for the specific people and conditions in front of us. Context-first — always.

The Core Question

“Most leadership development teaches what to do. SLI addresses why people who know what to do consistently don’t do it. That’s a conditioning and legitimacy problem — not a capability problem.”

Core Curriculum Areas
Conditioning & Legitimacy

Why institutional conditioning produces leaders who are structurally positioned but functionally suppressed — and what changes that.

Authority–Accountability Alignment

The most common organizational dysfunction is a gap between who has authority and who bears the consequence. SLI teaches leaders to see it and close it.

Communication Under Pressure

How leaders communicate during ambiguity, conflict, and accountability moments — and what most get wrong.

Team Culture Architecture

Building team environments that produce performance, not compliance. Structural design, not culture campaigns.
