Individual responses, load, and capacity. Almost always a structural response. Intervened only after structural correction is initiated.

Ethical Use Charter

Signed before data collection begins. Non-negotiable.

ORRA findings may never be used for performance management, disciplinary action, or adverse employment decisions. All participant responses are anonymous. Organizations unwilling to sign the Charter are not ORRA-eligible.
